Our  Board of Directors oversees all the foundation's efforts. The Board meets four times a year:

 

1. Determine mission and purpose that articulates the Organization's goals,means,and primary constituents served.

 

2. Select the most qualified individual for the position chief executive.

 

3. Support and evaluate the chief executive.

 

4. Ensure effective planning.

 

5.Monitor, and strengthen programs and services.

 

6.Ensure adequate financial resources.

 

7.Protect assets and provide proper financial oversight.

 

8.Build a competent Board

 

9.Ensure legal and ethical integrity.

 
10.Enhance the Organization's public  standing

Shapes and approves foundations strategies, review result, advocates for the foundation issues and helps set the overall direction of the Organization. Lead the teamthat partners wih publicpolicy colleagues in each of the program area to help build strategic relationships crucial to the foundation's work.
